Discovery Time

Wow, it has been forever since I have posted a new blog. Last week was Wesley's Spring Break. For the most part we did things around the house, but on Thursday we decided to head over to Discovery Zone in Santa Ana. I have driven by that place a million times and have always wondered about it. So Thursday Wes and I decided to check it out. We arrived at about 12 and it was packed. We waited 15 minutes in the car just trying to find a parking space. We finally found a spot and headed in. The place is pretty big. We spent a good part down stairs checking out all the weather exhibits that they have and then went outside where they have a dinosaur exhibit. For $5 you can purchase this magic stick to complete all the dino missions and course we had to do that. Then after completing all 6 missions we headed over to where they were having a Bubble Show. There was a man that did these awsome things with bubbles, which Wesley just loved. After the Bubble Fest we headed upstairs where they had a hockey exhibit. They had a place where the kids could be a goalie and block real pucks, a place where the kids could shoot pucks, play virtual volleyball, and throw baseballs at a target. I would have to say that the Hockey Exhibit was probably his favorite.

I remember going there for my prom, it was really neat. Sounds like you two had fun! The needles picture is too cute.
